While you wait for the webinar, here's the option for people who'd rather not go through recovery alone: 1:1 coaching with Dr. Dan, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 5 years of clinical experience, built specifically around total knee replacement recovery.

“I’m in my mid-50s and still very active. When I scheduled my knee replacement, I was worried about losing strength and never quite feeling like myself again.

This program gave me a clear plan before and after surgery. I knew exactly what to focus on each week instead of guessing or relying on brief clinic visits.

What made the biggest difference was confidence. I understood what normal progress looked like, what to avoid, and how to safely challenge myself. I don’t feel fragile — I feel capable and strong.”

- Susan M. | 54

“I learned exactly what I should be doing before surgery — how to build strength, prepare my home, use ice properly, and avoid common mistakes. Dr. Dan explains everything clearly and gets straight to the point.

I feel far more prepared going into surgery than I would have on my own.”

- Paul D. | 62
IF YOU'RE BEING HONEST...

Does This Sound Like You?

Most people facing a total knee replacement have the same quiet worries. They just don't say them out loud:

  • "Will I still be limping at 6 weeks, and how would I even know if that's normal?"
  • "What if I push too hard and set myself back, or don't push hard enough and fall behind?"
  • "My surgeon's team is great, but I see them for 10 minutes every few weeks. Who's actually watching my progress day to day?"
  • "I don't want to just follow a generic exercise sheet. I want someone who knows if my recovery is on track."

If you've had even one of these thoughts, keep reading...

 You're Not Alone in This

Dr. Dan has spent over 7 years working with people at exactly this stage, in home health, in outpatient clinics, and in the ICU, and one thing has stayed consistent: the people who recover with confidence almost always have one thing in common.

Someone who actually knows what they're doing is checking in on them regularly, not just handing them a sheet of exercises and wishing them luck.

The people who struggle most usually aren't doing anything wrong. They just never had anyone in their corner to tell them what "on track" looks like for their specific recovery.

Imagine 12 Weeks From Now...

Imagine reaching week 12 already walking without a limp, climbing stairs normally, and back to the parts of your life that matter: gardening, playing with your grandkids, traveling, because every week of your recovery had a clear plan behind it and someone checking your progress along the way.

Compare that to reaching week 12 still unsure if you're behind, still guessing at whether that ache is normal, still doing the same generic exercises you started with in week 2 because no one ever adjusted the plan.

The surgery is the same either way. The difference is what happens in the 12 weeks after it.

INTRODUCING

1:1 Knee Replacement Coaching with Dr. Dan, DPT

You Are Ready To Take Control of Your Rehab?

This is the fastest way to stop guessing and start following a plan built around your specific recovery, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy checking your progress every week, not just an app or a video course.

Here's what changes when you have a coach in your corner:

  1. You always know if you're on track. No more wondering whether that stiffness or swelling is normal. You have a direct line to ask, every week.
  2. Your plan adjusts to you. Recovery isn't linear. When something's harder than expected, your plan changes that week, not eight weeks later at your next surgeon follow-up.
  3. You move with confidence instead of caution. Knowing exactly what you should be doing, and that someone's watching your form and pace, replaces second-guessing with steady progress.

Who this is a good fit for: Anyone facing a total knee replacement, or newly recovered from one, who wants an expert-guided plan instead of generic advice, wherever you live, since this is coaching, not location-restricted clinical care.

NICE TO MEET YOU

Dr. Dan Fitzmaurice, PT DPT

Hi, I'm Dr. Dan, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 5 years of clinical experience across home health, outpatient, and ICU settings.

I started this coaching program because of what I kept seeing in travel therapy: good, capable people recovering from knee replacement without access to the kind of guided support they actually needed. Sometimes this was because of where they lived, sometimes this was because of what their insurance would cover. Their recovery outcomes depended on their zip code, and that never sat right with me.

This program is my answer to that: the same kind of attentive, week-by-week guidance I'd want for my own family member, available nationwide, regardless of location or insurance.

One Last Thing

You're going to spend the next 12 weeks recovering either way — that part isn't optional. What's optional is whether you spend them guessing, or whether you spend them with a plan built specifically around you and someone checking your progress every step of the way.

The surgery already happened, or it's already scheduled. The only real choice left is how you recover from it.
